After my internship, Neo Digital Hub kept me on to look after client websites and systems.
Client websites
Debugged and deployed 5 production client websites on WordPress and Shopify.
Rollouts
Met 4+ clients every week to plan their website and CRM/ERP rollouts.
Accounts
Looked after 2+ client accounts and fixed issues before they grew. Client satisfaction stayed at 100%.
